An original one-sheet movie poster for 1995's "Goldeneye", the seventeenth spy film in the James Bond series, and the first to star Pierce Brosnan as the fictional MI6 agent James Bond. The film was directed by Martin Campbell and also starred Sean Bean, Izabella Scorupco, Famke Janssen and Judi Dench as M. In the film, Bond fights to prevent an arms syndicate from using the GoldenEye satellite weapon against London in order to cause a global financial meltdown. The critical reception of the film was mostly positive.
It had the fourth highest worldwide gross of all films in 1995, and was the most successful Bond film since "Moonraker", taking inflation into account. One-sheet is rolled, double-sided and measures approximately 27 inches wide by approximately 40 inches long, and is in excellent, unused condition.
Never displayed, the poster has been carefully stored in a climate-controlled area away from light for the past almost 30 years, and, consequently, the colors are as fresh as the day it was printed. Please examine all photos carefully to attest to the fantastic condition of the poster.
Fantastic close-up graphic of Pierce Brosnan as James Bond 007 with his gun pointed at the viewer and Izabella Scorupco and Famke Janssen on each side all tinted in gold above an action montage makes this a must-have addition to any James Bond 007 or film memorabilia collection. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Please note that I was in film exhibition for almost 30 years during which time I amassed a large collection of original film posters. I do not sell reproductions.
